OTP BANK held Demo Day: focus on customer experience and innovation

OTP BANK JSC hosted its internal quarterly Demo Day, where teams presented key achievements, shared practical case studies, and discussed next steps in the development of digital products and customer experience. Employees from across Ukraine joined the event both offline and online.

During the event, participants reviewed the results of the first quarter and highlighted positive momentum across several areas. In particular, they noted the growth in the share of digital sales and the expansion of the customer base. At Demo Day, OTP BANK teams showcased a number of projects aimed at enhancing customer experience and improving internal process efficiency. These included solutions in payments and lending, as well as tools leveraging artificial intelligence to personalize customer interactions.

The event also featured a guest speaker, Valeriia Tolochyna, Chief Marketing Officer at MEGOGO, who shared insights into building a digital content ecosystem. She spoke about the transformation of content consumption, the launch of new products, and the challenges of developing a comprehensive service offering. In addition, she emphasized the importance of product testing and the ability to adapt flexibly to changing market conditions.

OTP Demo Day served as a platform for idea exchange, team alignment, and defining the next steps in the development of OTP BANK’s digital solutions.
