How 10 OTP BANK customers had their loan interest refunded: campaign results

OTP BANK JSC has summered up the results of the campaign “We Refund 100% of the Interest for the First Year of Your Loan”, which ran from 9 February to 19 April 2026. During this period, ten winners received from OTP BANK a full refund of the interest paid for the first year of loan service.
The winners were selected weekly through a random computer-generated draw among participants who confirmed their intention to join the campaign by registering in the OTP Bank UA mobile application and applying for an eligible product participating in the campaign. This time, eligible products included any cash loan, including used car loans, as well as “Instalment Top-Up” financing. At the same time, the mobile application provides even more opportunities: customers can join the Bank remotely without visiting a branch, while all current campaigns and offers are always available at their fingertips.
The winners included people from different cities across Ukraine, with diverse professional backgrounds and life circumstances: manufacturing employees, administrative specialists, internally displaced persons, and military personnel. For each of them, the refunded interest became something greater than simply winning a campaign — it was real financial support that helps them move forward, support their families, and achieve their plans.
Most winners admitted that they had not expected to win. Some even noted that they had never participated in similar campaigns before or had not believed in their own luck. That is why the news about the refunded interest became a genuine surprise for them — often arriving in the middle of a working day. The refunded amounts varied from several thousand hryvnias to the maximum prize of UAH 100,000.
