OTP Demo Day 2Q: digital innovations and new opportunities for clients
JSC OTP Bank presented a range of new initiatives aimed at enhancing digital services, improving customer experience, and introducing technologies that will make interactions with the Bank even simpler and faster. The initiatives were showcased during the second OTP Demo Day of 2026, a quarterly corporate event where teams present their latest developments and innovations to colleagues.
Among the highlights were new projects focused on enhancing the OTP Bank UA mobile application, expanding acquiring solutions for businesses, and further developing digital services for entrepreneurs.
During the event, Bank employees shared the results of their work and outlined future plans for the development of services, digital channels, and customer communications. Special attention was given to tools that help better understand customer needs and deliver relevant solutions at the right time.
As is tradition, Demo Day also featured a guest speaker from the business community. This time, Petro Minchenko, Head of CX at Synevo, joined the event to share insights into service development in the healthcare sector. He spoke about modern approaches to customer experience management, the role of loyalty programs, and the importance of digital solutions in building long-term customer relationships.
