OTP Bank and ELENG Energy join forces to support the energy independence of Ukrainian businesses
JSC OTP Bank has entered into a cooperation agreement with ELENG LLC (ELENG Energy), a Ukrainian company specializing in the implementation of advanced energy solutions. The partnership aims to provide businesses with comprehensive support in transitioning to sustainable and energy-independent technologies.
One of ELENG Energy’s key areas of expertise is the supply, supervision of installation, and maintenance of gas-powered and diesel generator units, as well as the development of microgrids. The company focuses on creating autonomous, efficient, and reliable power supply systems for businesses and critical infrastructure facilities. ELENG Energy delivers turnkey projects under EPC contracts, covering the entire process from energy audits and design to commissioning and start-up.
OTP Bank is ready to finance energy projects implemented by ELENG Energy. The financing program offers tailored solutions and attractive terms for each client. The Bank provides an individual approach to financing structures, flexible repayment schedules, and competitive interest rates. Loans are available for up to seven years with a minimum down payment of 15%. The purchased equipment serves as collateral.
In addition, businesses may benefit from the government-backed Affordable Loans 5–7–9% program, implemented by the Government of Ukraine at the initiative of the President through the National Development Institution. Clients may also be eligible for an EBRD incentive of up to 30% of the project value.
OTP Bank will continue to actively expand its energy financing offering by strengthening its partner ecosystem and providing clients with end-to-end support — from expert assessment and turnkey project implementation to the selection of optimal financing solutions.
