OTP BANK and HYTTE Open New Financing Opportunities for Energy-Efficient Homes
Energy-efficient residential and commercial buildings constructed using modern frame technology are becoming more accessible. OTP BANK JSC and HYTTE have launched a partnership aimed at expanding financing opportunities for customers seeking to purchase modern, high-quality, and energy-efficient residential or commercial properties.
Under this partnership, customers can obtain financing for the purchase of cottages, townhouses, duplexes, barn houses, A-frame houses, chalets, dome houses, and tiny houses.
HYTTE’s manufacturing facilities are located in Uzhhorod. However, the company delivers modular homes throughout Ukraine as well as to EU countries and the United States. House installation is carried out directly on the customer’s site by HYTTE’s professional team.
Among the key advantages of financing through OTP BANK are a preliminary lending decision within 15 minutes, online application processing, and the possibility of receiving funds at a bank branch.
"Our customers can obtain financing for a period of up to seven years with a down payment starting from 20%. The Bank requires only a minimum set of documents to make a lending decision. In particular, loans of up to UAH 50,000 may be granted without proof of income," said Serhii Fedyna, Head of OTP BANK’s Regional Branch in Uzhhorod.
