Financing energy efficiency: OTP Bank and KTS Engineering join forces
Businesses planning to invest in self-generation and energy-efficiency solutions can now access financing from JSC OTP Bank for projects implemented by KTS Engineering, a company specializing in distributed generation solutions. The parties have signed a memorandum of cooperation aimed at supporting the energy independence of Ukrainian businesses.

The Bank offers flexible financing solutions that enable businesses to implement KTS Engineering’s energy-efficiency projects without placing significant strain on their own resources. Financing terms are tailored to each client and include competitive interest rates, convenient repayment schedules, and transaction structures aligned with the specific needs of the business.
Key financing terms offered by OTP Bank
- Loans of up to 7 years with a minimum down payment of 15%;
- The purchased equipment serves as collateral;
- Access to the government-backed Affordable Loans 5–7–9% program, implemented by the Government of Ukraine at the initiative of the President through the National Development Institution;
- An option to receive an EBRD incentive of up to 30% of the project cost.
