OTP BANK among the leaders of the “TOP 20 Banks of Ukraine 2026” ranking
OTP BANK JSC has ranked among the top five banks in Ukraine and was named the leading bank with foreign capital in the “TOP 20 Banks of Ukraine 2026” ranking prepared by Ukrainian Business Award.
According to the study, OTP BANK demonstrated strong performance across a number of key criteria that define modern banking services and the resilience of a financial institution.
In particular, the Bank received the highest possible score of 10 out of 10 for the quality of its digital infrastructure, reaffirming the advanced development of its remote banking services and online customer service channels. OTP BANK also scored 9 out of 10 for its social media communications.
In terms of financial indicators, OTP BANK ranked among the top ten largest banks in Ukraine by both total assets and authorized capital.
The study also identified OTP BANK as one of the leaders in the breadth of its lending portfolio. By this measure, the Bank ranked third among all institutions included in the survey.
The ranking experts highly assessed the Bank’s market position, awarding it 9 out of 10 points. The Ukrainian Business Award study notes that OTP BANK has maintained a stable presence in the Ukrainian market for 28 years, combining the international expertise of OTP Group with a deep understanding of the needs of Ukrainian customers.
The ranking also highlighted the strong brand recognition of OTP BANK in the digital environment. According to the study, the number of branded Google searches for OTP BANK exceeded 216,000, while the Bank’s website attracted more than 822,000 visitors over a three-month period.
The ranking results confirm OTP BANK’s consistent development in Ukraine and its commitment to providing customers with high-quality financial solutions, modern digital services, and outstanding customer service standards.
