Access to Mastercard premium services: changes to eligibility conditions
Dear holders of World Elite Mastercard® and World Mastercard® Black Edition cards issued by OTP BANK JSC, please be informed that since the 1st of September 2026, changes have come into force regarding access to premium services provided by the international payment system Mastercard that require verification of card spending turnover.
These changes apply to special offers and services, including LoungeKey access, Lounge One: Kyiv at Kyiv Railway Station, and other eligible premium benefits.
Under the updated conditions, the minimum purchase volume required to access these offers and services has been increased to UAH 20,000.
Therefore, starting from 1 September 2026, cardholders must make purchases totaling at least UAH 20,000 within the previous 30+7 calendar days. The first eligibility check under the new conditions will take place on 8 October 2026.
All other terms and conditions of the World Elite Mastercard® and World Mastercard® Black Edition cards remain unchanged.
