Visa updates access requirements for premium card services

Starting 1 October 2026, Visa will introduce updated access rules for premium services available to Visa Platinum and Visa Infinite cardholders. The main objective of these changes is to standardize service eligibility criteria and make them more transparent and easier for clients to understand.

New eligibility requirements

To use Visa services that require a minimum card spending volume, clients will need to meet the following monthly turnover thresholds:

  • Visa Platinum: at least UAH 10,000
  • Visa Infinite: at least UAH 30,000

The new requirements will apply to all Visa services that already include card turnover verification, including:

  • DragonPass
  • Fast Track
  • Sweet.TV
  • Telemedicine
  • Ukrzaliznytsia Lounge
  • Other premium Visa services

In addition, Visa Concierge Service will be added to this list from 1 October 2026.

For Visa Infinite cardholders, access to the Visa Concierge Service will be granted subject to meeting the required transaction volume on the card linked to the client’s profile in the Visa Ukraine chatbot.

Eligibility will be verified automatically whenever a client requests the service.

To check access open the main menu in the chatbot, then select "Concierge" and click "Get Service". If a card has already been added to the profile, the verification result will be displayed immediately. If not, the chatbot will prompt the client to add a card and will then provide the eligibility status.

The turnover calculation will include transactions completed during the 35 days preceding the current date, excluding transactions made within the most recent 5-day period.

If the required turnover threshold has not been met, the client will temporarily be unable to submit new service requests. Access will be restored once the spending requirement is fulfilled or another eligible card is added to the profile.

New users will benefit from a 30-day welcome period starting from the date their card is first added to the Visa Ukraine chatbot profile. During this period, access to the service will be available regardless of spending volume.
