First aid training: OTP BANK employees practiced life-saving skills
Employees of OTP BANK JSC continue to strengthen their first aid skills. During a specialized one-day training course delivered by the certified Rhythm Training Center, participants learned how to identify and stop critical bleeding, provide first aid to injured individuals before medical professionals arrive, and properly treat wounds.
The theoretical part of the course was immediately reinforced through hands-on practice. Employees completed practical exercises using specialized training mannequins and equipment, working both independently and in teams with their colleagues.
Upon successful completion of the training, participants received certificates confirming their attendance and demonstrating their readiness to act effectively in emergency situations until professional medical assistance arrives.
This was already the seventh first aid training session organized for the Bank’s employees. Such training programs are conducted as part of OTP BANK’s corporate social responsibility policy and are aimed at developing practical skills that can help save lives and protect people’s health in critical situations. Previous sessions covered various aspects of first aid, including cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and emergency response procedures.
