JSC OTP Bank and Solar Ggroup are expanding their cooperation in the financing and implementation of solar energy projects for businesses. The parties have signed a partnership agreement under which Ukrainian companies can obtain financing for the purchase and installation of modern solar power plants through a special programme with interest rates starting from 0.01% per annum.

“We continue to strengthen our cooperation with Solar Ggroup, and signing a partnership agreement marks the next step in this direction. Thanks to this, businesses can implement their own power generation projects on even more attractive terms and further enhance their energy resilience,” said Iryna Kabantseva, Head of Projects and Programs for Alternative Sales Channels at OTP Bank.

The special partner financing programme includes:

  • Currency: Ukrainian hryvnia;
  • Interest rate for the first 6 months: 0.01% per annum;
  • Compensated interest rate from the 7th month onwards: 7% per annum*;
  • Financing term: up to 84 months (7 years);
  • Collateral: the financed equipment.

* Available under the government-backed Affordable Loans 5-7-9% Programme, subject to the borrower meeting the programme's eligibility requirements.
