OTP Bank raised UAH 1.67 million to help protect Ukraine’s skies through the “One United Fundraiser” initiative
JSC OTP Bank has successfully completed its charitable campaign as part of the “One United Fundraiser” initiative, raising UAH 1.67 million to help protect Ukraine’s skies. The funds were contributed by the Bank’s clients, employees, and partners.
The “One United Fundraiser” was organized by the Serhiy Prytula Charity Foundation, the 412th Nemesis Brigade, and the Ukrainian World Congress.
As part of the initiative, OTP Bank introduced several fundraising mechanisms that combined digital services with charitable engagement. Clients could participate in an online auction through the OTP Bank UA mobile app and bid for exclusive lots, create their own fundraising campaigns using the Kupa digital fundraising tool, make donations through the app and receive a special charitable bank card skin, or contribute through the Bank’s branches.
“The campaign received an overwhelmingly positive response from our clients and partners, and we saw a high level of engagement throughout. The largest single donation amounted to UAH 87,175. In total, 6,448 contributions were made, while 4,214 clients received a special charitable OTP Bank card skin. This result became possible thanks to the commitment and generosity of everyone who took part in the campaign,” said Maksym Volchenko, Head of Digital at OTP Bank.
He also announced that, in celebration of the sixth anniversary of the Serhiy Prytula Charity Foundation, OTP Bank is launching a dedicated fundraising campaign within the OTP Bank UA app. Anyone wishing to support the Foundation’s institutional activities will be able to make a donation online.
“We are grateful to everyone who supported our campaign as part of the “One United Fundraiser” initiative. This experience once again demonstrated that when people unite around an important goal, their collective efforts can deliver meaningful results. We will continue to support the initiatives of the Serhiy Prytula Charity Foundation and invite our clients to join the new campaign in the OTP Bank UA app. Every contribution supports a team that delivers projects of vital importance to Ukraine every day,” Maksym Volchenko emphasized.
It should be recalled that in 2025, OTP BANK and the Serhiy Prytula Charity Foundation conducted a joint campaign “Free Sky at 34,” dedicated to the 34th anniversary of Ukraine’s independence. A total of UAH 1.85 million was raised and directed toward strengthening Ukraine’s defense capabilities.
