“Protect your rhythm” package includes free of charge test “Extended cholesterol” in Synevo laboratory

The test is conducted in Synevo laboratory when the insurance polis and receipt was presented by the client.
One conducted treaty = one free of charge test.
Test period: from the third working day since the date of the conduct of the treaty during the following 2 months of the validity of the treaty.
Only the Insured can use the test (aka Insured Person).
